[ABOUT THE JOB]
Join our Digital Transformation initiative as a critical technical leader responsible for shaping the core internal systems of Coway Thailand.
You will lead a distributed development team, manage the entire system development lifecycle—from design and deployment to optimization—and ensure seamless integration with our Korean HQ's platforms and key third-party services. This position offers a unique opportunity to execute large-scale projects, leverage modern Microservices architecture, and directly influence the performance and reliability of our mission-critical enterprise systems.
[RESPONSIBILITIES]
* Tech Leadership & Coaching :
Provide technical leadership, oversight, and coaching to the TH Dev Team & BAs. (Ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and QA standards.)
* System Dev & Maint :
Design, develop, test, and maintain robust internal enterprise systems using Java/Spring Framework (JSP, jQuery).
* API Arch & Build :
Architect and build secure, high-performance RESTful API systems using Spring Boot for internal & 3rd party integration (e.g., payment gateways, Google Cloud API).
* DT Project Lead :
Spearhead critical Digital Transformation projects as Dev Lead, collaborating with KR HQ for core platform integration.
* DevOps Implementation :
Implement & maintain robust DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, to automate deployment and enhance system velocity.
* Complex Issue Resolution :
Lead problem-solving with HQ teams for complex interface issues, especially validating SAP-linked internal system data generation.
* Schedule Management :
Effectively manage development schedules utilizing a WBS approach for timely project delivery.
