주요업무내용
[Financial Planning & Analysis]
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Provide accurate financial analysis to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Monitor financial performance against targets and highlight variances.

[Cost & Inventory Management]
- Oversee product costing, standard costing, and variance analysis.
- Monitor raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory valuation.
- Implement effective cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency.

[Accounting & Compliance]
- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.

[Cash Flow & Treasury Management]
- Manage working capital and cash flow to support business operations.
- Monitor banking relationships and oversee financing activities.
- Ensure proper risk management for currency, credit, and interest exposures.

[Leadership & Team Management]
- Lead and mentor the finance team to drive efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to align financial goals with operational strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and systems.
